ISO Certification

MIC Radiology Group has received ISO 9001:2015 certification following an independent audit of its Quality Management System. This certification relates to the organisation’s quality management processes and reflects compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The certificates were formally handed over by the Director General of the Standards Association of Zimbabwe, Mr Cosmus Mukoyi, during the handover ceremony.

The Quality Management System includes structured processes relating to areas such as patient scheduling, imaging workflows, reporting processes, and quality assurance. MIC Radiology Group remains committed to maintaining ISO Quality standards.
